This place was awful. It took 20 mins to get our food cause they gave our order to the wrong person. Our pancakes we ordered for my 3 year old were melted to the plastic container. They didn't offer any new ones or replace it for something else. They were disgusting. The womens bathroom was nasty. Toilet paper all over the place, the sink had water everywhere and there was people's hair all over it. The staff didn't seem very friendly either. If i could give a negative star rating I would.
Awful. The worst customer service experience. We paid for our meal and we were told to pull up and wait. We waited only to have my husband go inside (after waiting around 15 mins) to see our food sitting on the counter and forgotten about. Once we leave we find that the order isn’t correct. We went back and the manager was so rude. I won’t be spending my money here again.
They didn't know what the Americano was even though it's on their menu. Overall great service.
Poor service at the drive thru. Asked if we needed sauce but than never put it in our bag. The fries were raw .Did not even put a napkin in with the order. Unfriendly, felt like we were a bother interrupting their day. Sloppy job. Never stop here again.
Stopped at this location once during breakfast headed out of town and once on the way back through. Both stops were sub par. Staff was courteous, but they were OUT of a good bit of items. Bathrooms could use some attention as well as the dining area. Wasn't disgusting but wasn't super clean or near either.
